Large room in lovely sunny London Fields home

We’re heading back to Australia for a few months over winter and are looking for someone (ideally a couple) to sublet our bedroom from 30th November to 1st March - ideally for most of that time.

The room is the largest in the house, with a super king bed, big window, and plenty of storage. It’s quiet, bright, and gets soft light throughout the day.

The house has a spacious, light-filled living and dining area with huge windows that get sun all day. The separate kitchen makes it easy to share. There are two bathrooms (one with a bathtub), and while we don’t have access to the backyard, there’s a sunny front bench and garden outlook. The house is full of plants and character - much more than the listing photos!

You’d be sharing with two couples in their late 20s to early 30s, working and studying (law, agriculture, hospitality, master’s students). They’re social, friendly, and respectful - the kind who’ll chat over dinner or head for a pint at Forest Road Brewery, but also appreciate quiet time at home.

The house has a vibrant, welcoming energy. It would suit a couple or professional single who works from an office (no desk in the room and people are often around during the day).

Located in London Fields, minutes from Victoria Park, cafés, pubs, restaurants, and vintage shops - always something to do.

Rent is £1,400/month plus bills.
