Room to let in E9

Room available from Feb 1st for two months with potential for longer in three story house in Homerton, 5 mins from overground station and about 15 from hackney central.

Currently two housemates in their thirties both working in creative fields. We also have a cat :)

Room is on the third floor with bathroom shared with one housemate (other housemate has a en-suite)

Looking for someone to move in the preferably the first week of February but can but a little flexible for the right person.

Rent is £750 pcm plus bills which are split in 3 and are approx 130 each.
