The neighbourhood is very friendly, with plenty to do nearby. This isn’t a party house, but I do enjoy hosting friends and dates now and then. Group dinners are always a vibe, and I am looking forward to making new friends.
Council tax and bills are shared between both tenants and are reasonable.
