Lovely Double Room Available Near London Fields

We’ve got a lovely bright double bedroom available in our flat from 1st of May just off Mare Street by London fields station and only a short walk from Victoria Park and London Fields, Broadway Market, a big Lidl and all the great cafés, pubs and transport links the area has to offer.

The room is a good-sized double with space for a desk, and it opens out onto a balcony. There’s also a very affordable gym right underneath the building. The room comes unfurnished but the flat itself furnished by us.

You’ll be living with Will and I (both 28). We’re a friendly, easy-going couple who enjoy the occasional pub trip, sports, cooking dinner together, and making the flat feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

We’re looking for a like-minded housemate who’s sociable, tidy and up for the odd drink or meal together, but who also has their own thing going on.

Rent is £1,160 per month. Please note that the contract is up for renewal in the coming months and the landlord (a company) may increase the rent at that point (TBC).

Note also the deposit is £1450 (this is what our flatmate who is leaving paid when I (Rosie) moved in and it was just the two of us - Will moved in six months later)! It wouldn’t let me add 1450 as the amount!
