Description
We have a 3rd storey room available in our lovely London Fields home E9 and are looking for a single or couple to fill it! Available from early April.
LOCATION: Five minutes from Vic Park and five minutes from London Fields. Best off-licence in London is across the road. Super convenient to grab a coffee on Mare Street or snacks at Broadway Market. Bus stops and the Overground both close by.
THE HOUSE: Three storey maisonette with two bathrooms (two showers, one bath), separate kitchen and living room. The living room is the best - it’s huge, south-facing with lots of windows, and gets lots of sun (even in winter). Fully furnished house with dishwasher and attic storage.
THE ROOM: Furnished double room with a double bed and big wardrobe. Cute view and room for a desk and chair in front of the window. Probably best suited to a couple due to the price but happy for anyone.
RENT: Rent is 1510 pcm, Bills are approx. 95 pcm.
HOUSEMATES: You’ll be living with Lily (29), Cooper (32) and Fran (30).
Fran and Cooper are a couple and have the other room upstairs. Cooper is a lawyer, works in fitness, and is learning Spanish. In what little spare time he has apart from that, he’s planning bike-packing trips, training for a half-marathon and finding people to play complicated board games with.
Fran is studying a Masters of Political Science and working part-time in climate policy. She can usually be found at yoga or the gym, reading sci-fi novels, or finding someone to drink a pint with.
Lily is working in hospitality, and studying a part-time Masters of Anthropology. She is an amazing cook and can usually be found in the kitchen whipping up some baked goods or sourdough - or she’s out for martinis.
As our other housemates are moving out, we’re looking for some friendly, clean, like minded people to move in - as a household we like to share a meal, watch a movie together or head to the pub pretty regularly, but respect each other’s space during the week or when things are busy. We want the house to feel like a home, and would love folks who are keen to be friends not just housemates, so if you think you’re a good fit please get in touch for a viewing and tell us about yourselves! :)
Queer friendly house, mostly vegetarian (but not required).
No pets sorry (we wish!).
