Shared Spacious Twin Room in Central London

Hi everyone!

A twin room in our lovely top-floor flatshare is looking for a roommate! You would be sharing your room with a lovely Italian girl who is currently working on a project in the British Museum which is only 5-10 minutes by walk!
The flat is situated in a listed building directly on Leather Lane, which is famous for its trendy street market during the weekdays.

The house is conveniently located within 5 minute of Chancery Lane and Farringdon Station, and within 10 minutes walk from Holborn.

The room is fully furnished with smart brand new furniture,
and very spacious, honestly 3 or more people can stay.
It is very warm with two radiators, and bright due to huge two windows. This room is an absolute treasure given the super central location and low price, I always walked to the city center in 10-15 minutes, without having to ride the tube. I feel very sad that I have to leave this place due to the termination of my study abroad program in London :(

We are currently 1 Korean girl, 1 Italian girl, and 1 French girl and a French guy in the flat, between 20 and 30-year-old, both student and professionals. We are all sociable and friendly, love to get together, but this is not a house for party animals! The flat is kept clean and tidy and we expect our new flatmate to be the same.

Current flatmates hobbies’ include Music (three of us are pianist), Dramas, and cooking!

Deposit is 4 weeks fee and utility bills are included in the weekly payment! There is no agency fees.

Viewings will be conducted during weekdays 1PM-2PM or evening.
