Description
There is a huge double bedroom available to take over, available from 15th of October only a 5 minute walk from Old Street Station. There are lots of transport links nearby, the canal and all of East London's great places within close distance.
Viewings can only be held on Saturday the 14th of September, so if you cannot make this date, unfortunately we most likely will not be able to consider having you view.
Mark and I are looking to hear from friendly professionals who live active lifestyles and are up for hanging out from time to time.
The available room has a double bed and a big working area if you would like to WFH.
The kitchen/living room is an open style area with a dishwasher, small table, tv and sofa. We did have a dining table area but would need to get a new one in. We also have a dishwasher. Connected to the kitchen, we have a terrace on the 3rd floor that faces off the road and is super nice in summer for BBQs and relaxing. We share cooking items and similar things if we are comfortable with it and we always treat each others possessions with respect and care. Lastly, the bathroom is incredibly spacious as well.
The contract will begin / room available from October 15th, and will go until May 2024 with potential for extension. Currently the bills come to roughly £110 each a month though this fluctuates depending on the time of year. This includes Council Tax, WIFI, Gas, Electric and Water.
There is a relatively rigorous referencing process, so you will need to be prepared to show you earn a certain amount, have some payslips and bills ready to show to the letting agent.
About me:
I am originally from Canada and have been living in the U. K. for 9 years. I work as a Project Manager in Construction and unfortunately my working life is incredibly demanding, so I do not get to socialise too to much. If I am not working or at the gym, then I am probably out in Soho having a laugh.
Mark is British and also leads a very active lifestyle, cycling everywhere, gyming/running and often out for a dance somewhere fun.
