I am the existing tenant. I work for Google, in a hybrid style - I work from home Mon and/or Fridays usually.
Looking for someone who is clean(!!) and tidy, kind and respectful, and wants to treat the place as a real home.
Although my work is quite busy + I am doing a course this year, it would be great to find someone I can hang out watching a movie with occasionally, or cook with.
I go to bed early and like waking up early, mentioning this as the walls are not hugely soundproof, so us having a fairly similar lifestyle is essential. I don't build my social life around the drinking culture, and would love to find someone who has similar values.
