Hi there!

We are looking for a new flatmate to move into our wonderful flat located on the Golden Lane Estate which will be available from 18th of September.

THE FLAT
3-bedroom flat on the iconic Golden Lane Estate. The estate is Grade II listed and was built by the architects Chamberlin, Powell and Bon who later went on to design the Barbican. The flat has stunning floor to ceiling window downstair with an open plan kitchen/ living room, small balcony and direct access to the shared communal lawn, amazing in the summer! The bedrooms are upstairs which gives a nice separation to the space.

THE AREA
Golden Lane has a real community vibe and is a quiet oasis in the City. If you are a fan of Modernist design, you will love it!

As a resident of the estate, you get access to the resident discount for the Golden Lane Sports Centre with tennis courts, gym, and swimming pool.

There are lots of supermarkets nearby, the largest being Waitrose only a short min walk from the flat.

The flat is in an amazing location, and super well connected with tubes, buses and within walking distance to the City, Clerkenwell, and Islington. Closest tubes are Barbican (7 min walk); Old St (9 min walk); Moorgate (11 min walk), Farringdon (14 min walk); St Pauls (15 min walk).

The famous Barbican Centre (a world class arts venue with cinema, art gallery, library and glorious lake and gardens) is on your doorstep. As are a whole host of great markets - Whitecross, Smithfields, Columbia Road and Spitalfields. Although moments from the buzz of Clerkenwell and Old Street it is surprisingly quiet at night.

THE ROOM
The room is a spacious double room with ample storage and built in wardrobes (shelving and rail space). The bathroom has bath/shower which you will share with one other person.
Furniture includes a double bed, 2 x bedside tables (not pictures), 2 x bedside lamps (not pictured), voile curtains (not pictured as recently added), under-bed storage drawer and built in wardrobe and shelves.

Rent: £1100/ month
Bills: approx. £120/ month

THE HOUSEMATES
You will be living with two other girls. We are both working professionals with a mix of office and WFH during the week. We like to have the occasional drink or dinner together at one of the many nice pubs/ restaurants local to us, but also appreciate having our own space. We also host dinners sometimes but never a late night party. As we are both from abroad we do have friends and family visiting once in a while and will inform each other about this in advance.

ABOUT YOU
We would like the new tenant to be a nice, easy-going, respectful, clean, preferred non-smoker professional who wants to find a place to feel like home.
