Pvt Bathroom in 2bed Farringdon

- A big room available in a 2 bed 2 bath flat in Farringdon. You will have your own private bathtube and toilet.
- My flatmate is unfortunately moving out. The contract is signed until the 22nd August 2025 (can be renewed). You will be taking over his contract.
- The deposit amounts to £1562.5 (I couldn't select more than the displayed £1550)
- The flat is on the first floor, very central close (5 mins walking) to Farringdon station (all tubes and national rail). Waitrose at 10 mins walk, Sainsbury at 4 minutes, Tesco at 3 minute walk.
- The house has a huge living room with big windows that get direct sun all day and keep the space warm and bright; there is enough space to set up your table for work from home.
- The rent doesn't includes the bills - CT, Electric, Water, WiFi (~225 pppm)
- The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and a dryer.

- You will share the flat with me. French guy, 31yo, gay, vegetarian and working in market finance in a nearby bank. Remote work is not allowed in my company, and if not working late, I have dance classes in different parts of London, so I come home quite late. I am rather chill and easy-going, no cleanliness freak while keeping it decent - and we have a cleaner twice a month (extra £50ppm - but no obligation). I don't mind if you bring your partner/friends at home, and have parties during the week-end.
