Room in a Shared Flat, iQ City London EC1V

I am looking for someone willing to do a tenancy replacement with my accommodation in London. My accommodation is called IQ City Accommodation. It is located in Islington: a safe, centric, and clean area. It is 4 minutes away from Tesco and a Waitrose supermarket, and 9 minutes from Bastwick tube station. The weekly rent is £429.00, and I will move out in midst December (but we can negotiate entry dates, ie. I could leave sooner/later). You have to stay/pay rent for a minimum of 16 weeks. The room is an ensuite: it includes a double bed, a desk, three wardrobes, and a big private bathroom, and it is all newly refurnished, spacious, and comfortable.
