Room with bathroom on Old Street 1300pcm

Hi,

My flatmate is moving out to his own flat, and I'm looking for a replacement to take over his room starting 11th September 2025.

Sales pitch:
- quite spacy flat in the London centre, next to Shoreditch in the Imperial Hall
- concierge & security
- perfect location for somebody working in the City, walking distance (10-15 min) no commuting:)
- 50 meters from the Old Street Northern tube station
- 100 meters to Aldi, M&S, gym
- average monthly bills per person, including council tax, come in at an about £170
- roof garden

The room has its own bathroom next to it, and because it's smaller than the master bedroom I occupy, the current agreement is that the rent is slightly lower plus the living room's storage and desk are for the person living in the smaller room.

About me:
I'm a 26-year-old engineer working in an investment bank. In my free time, I'm active and enjoy sports like tennis and hitting the gym. I also love to explore the city and make the most of my annual leave by travelling abroad. I'm looking for a respectful and tidy flatmate who appreciates a good balance of shared living and personal space.
