• Post code: EC1V, 7 mins walk to Old Street Station (Northern Line + National Rail connections)
• Easy walking distance to Barbican, Farringdon, and Angel
• 20–25 mins walk (or quick cycle/bus) to the City, Shoreditch, or King’s Cross
• 5 mins to Regent’s Canal – great for running, cycling, or weekend walks
• Fantastic food and social scene nearby: Exmouth Market, Whitecross Street Market, Shoreditch cafés, and plenty of pubs and restaurants
• Supermarkets galore: Sainsbury’s & Tian Tian (2 mins), Aldi, M&S, Co-op (7 mins), Waitrose (15 mins)

You’ll be sharing with me — I’m a data scientist working in tech, in the office daily. I love pilates, travelling, baking, and meeting new people. I’m sociable but also really value a calm, tidy home.

• Female, 20–35, working professional
• Must earn at least 30x the monthly rent and have the right to live in the UK (landlord requirement)

• Rent: £1,450 / month
• Bills: approx £180 / month (council tax, water, gas, electricity, WiFi)
• Move-in: 4th October 2025 (new 12-month tenancy)
