Comes equipped with a double bed, a large floor-to-ceiling four-door wardrobe with eight spacious drawers, working desk and its own separate bathroom with a bathtub.

🛋️ The flat has 2 bedrooms with hardwood floor in all the common areas.
Spacious kitchen separate from living room with plenty of counter and space, washing machine and dishwasher.
The living room is a proper living space with a dining table, 3 couches and TV.
We keep the place clean and tidy, as well as having a cleaner come by on a monthly basis.

💷 Rent for this room is £1375 pcm.
Bills approximately £200 per person per month, covering council tax, electricity, water and Broadband.

🧑‍💼 About me I’m a 32 y. o. professional working in finance, currently working 4 days in office and 1 wfh.
I’m from Italy but have called London my home for the last 3.5 years.
I am quite sociable and I like cooking, fitness, sport (mainly football, Formula 1, Tennis), eating out and spending quality time with friends, family and my girlfriend who is based in Italy but comes to visit me occasionally.

📄 Move-in Date: I’m looking for someone to move in ideally from July 1st, but we can have some flexibility and could accommodate.
