I am leaving the flat so we are looking for a new flatmate to take my bedroom.

The flat is modern, clean, spacious and comfortable.

The whole flat comprises of a spacious open plan kitchen/living/dining area with integrated appliances, wood floors throughout, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Only one room is for rent.

The room to rent has a large bed, it is furnished and has its own bathroom with bathtub.

Ideally I would need to find the new tenant as soon as possible but it is flexible. Current flatmate is a 25 year old young professional, french.
