Double En-suite Room in Central London

I'm leaving my lovely flatmates to go back home from the end of July, so I'm renting out a double en-suite bedroom in a mews near Farringdon station. The flat is only a 1 min walk to Farringdon station (Underground & Thameslink) and 15-20 mins St. Pauls, Oxford st, Picadilly Circus, and Soho.

The 2-story flat is located in secure gated community with a shared courtyard. It's peaceful and quiet, perfect for working from home. We have a spacious living room, and a separate kitchen. The flat has a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine.

You will be living with two professional female flatmates who are easy-going, friendly and respectful. Both males and females are welcome :)

The flat will be available from the beginning of August until 7th of October with a potential to extend for another 12 months. I'm paying £1,150pm for the room, but you will only have to pay £900pm for these two months. The bills are around £80-100 per month.
