Double room - Right next to Farringdon station

We are letting out a double room in Farringdon. You would share the bathroom from the video with one of us. The flat has three rooms in total with a separate living room and kitchen. The room advertised is fully furnished. There is also a storage room within the flat where you can put your stuff in. The house is right next to the tube lines with the required amenities close by.

Heating and water included within the council tax.

About us, we are two working professionals from France and India who moved here for studies and then work. We mostly work from the office, but the house has the space and furniture required for work from home.

This is not a sublet, your details will be passed on to the realtor if you decide to make an offer. After background checks, your name will be added to the contract along with ours. We are looking for someone long term and will prefer them staying at least for 6 months.

We can't legally take any couples, the room can be let to only one person.
