Hi my name is Hannah, I’m 26 and I am a - live in landlord.

The room i am renting is the front bedroom of the house. Bright and cosy. It benefits from a spacious built-in wardrobe with a lot of storage space, a chest of drawers, a TV and a comfortable double bed.
The room is furnished to a reasonable standard.

It's within a 2-bed flat on the ground lower-ground floor in a Georgian terraced house.

*Living room is not shared* as this is my home and I am only renting the room. I am also working from home so will need to discuss requirements. Looking for a particular type of flat mate.

You will have use of double room, bathroom, kitchen and garden.

Angel station (Northern Line) is a 5 minutes walk, Kings Cross is a 10-15mins walk. There are also plenty of buses going around the city from Pentonville Rd, and St John's Rd.

Angel shopping centre has all the main supermarkets, a cinema, a shopping centre and several gyms. Upper street has so many restaurants you’re spoiled for choice.
