Description
1 DOUBLE AVAILABLE 29 September :) Male preferred
Great view of the City of London. Amazing location (seriously), kind flatmates, Angel life a short stroll away.
VIEWINGS STARTING SEPTEMBER
--Room description--
Double bed, Large desk, Floor lamp, Large wardrobe.
--Flat description--
Washing machine/Dryer and Dishwasher available.
Tower block (with concierge service in a different building), right next to a park, 24hr shop, Tesco, and takeaways/restaurants. The flat is south facing, with large windows and a small balcony, so there is sun throughout the day. It is located between Old Street (11mn walk) Barbican and Angel (13mn). There are Santander Bikes and Lime Bikes across the road. Farringdon (Elizabeth line!) is a nice stroll away, and I also walk to Liverpool Street. King’s Cross is an 11mn bus ride.
Stunning views over the City (Shard, Barbican Towers, St. Paul’s, Gherkin…), large trees and church spire. There are three Waitrose shops around us (11mn, 13mn and 15mn), and one Planet Organic (17mn). Regent’s Canal is a 6mn walk away, great for jogging, morning breakfast or a sunset drink. I love Angel, the cute streets, cafés, shops, cinemas, yoga studios, Sadler's Wells... I also love to stroll through the parks to go to the gym. Fitness places are easily accessible with Thistle Hotel (2mn walk away), Fitness First (8mn), Virgin Active Moorgate or Angel (11mn), Gym Box (11mn), Virgin Active Barbican (13mn), and my gym, Nuffield Health (18mn). Been living here for 10 years, it’s a lovely place.
We have a nice juicer (the same as Planet Organic :d), projector, and a few other cool things. No living room though, we hang out in mine, which is where the projector is.
Bills are about £217 per person per month including Virgin 1Gb/s internet, Octopus energy from renewables, gas, water and weekly cleaner for communal areas. Council tax is around £40/person/month if applicable to you (included in the £217).
We are with an agency, so no need to send me references :) The landlords live outside the UK and therefore are fairly reliable and reasonable.
PS: Last time we had over 400 replies within a week, so I might not be able to answer everyone. Generic messages will not be considered. I will prioritise people with history living/working in the area. If you're good with plants and tidy then we're off to a good start! Looking forward to meeting you.
