Double room in Old Street flat

Have a very decent sized room available now!

Current flatmate has had to move back to Ireland with the ongoing pandemic and therefore needs to give up his room in our amazing flat in Old Street, less than a minute walk from the station.

There is one double room available with masses of storage in the flat overall.
It also boasts a big living room with a balcony and a big kitchen for those who like to cook!

My other flatmate has been isolating with her boyfriend during lockdown and so we will most likely be welcoming another new tenant before the end of the year - so at the moment, it's just me in the 3 bedroom flat.

As a flatmate I am easy going, clean and social - but I have a busy lifestyle with work 9-6 and socialising with friends and family around London most weekends.
When I am home I am in relaxation mode and so like to zen in front of the TV (sometimes with a gin or wine...).

The flat is a joint contract but all pay rent directly to the agency separately with bills split between us. All bills come to £95 per month
