Looking for someone to take over my lease

Studio flat within Liberty House St John Street EC1V. All bills included, internet, gym, common areas, laundry facilities, bike storage, reception, post service to take delivery of parcels so you never miss a delivery again, on site residence team, electronic entry system and CCTV, access for wheelchair users,
The room is a studio flat, furnished with desk and chair, 4ft double bed with under bed storage and wardrobe. It is en-suite and has fitted kitchen, heating and TV point (TV not included)
I am looking for someone to take over my lease from 1 January 2020 until 29 August 2020.
The rent Is paid in two instalments due in January and April.
I have been very happy living here for over a year, staff is very friendly and helpful. The area is safe and quiet, with a Waitrose and Tesco a short walk away. Good transport links, a bus stop across the street and metro station nearby.
I am moving out of London to pursue a new career so I need someone to take over my tenancy.
