Student Accommodation Studio

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in Canto Court until the 3rd of September. Its a great studio and location to live in but I want to move in with some friends that got a room available.

The price is very transparent as it includes all the bills.

This is a studio in one of the best student accomodation in the area. My studio is located on the 5th floor, which avoids you any noise or disturbance from the street or common areas.

City University is 13 min walk, Cass is 7 min walk, as well as the Old Street tube (Northern Line). Buses 55 and 243 stop pratically in front of the building.

On the street you have supermarket, restaurants, pubs and several other ammenities. Closeby gyms include City Sport and Virgin Active.

The pictures are from the website (search Canto Court for further) and not from my studio, but the structure is exactly the same. Just thought someone could not like a particular decoration.
