Hello, I am in a personal situation where I have to move out of my classic studio room at the Liberty House - St. John Street, by April 2020. For this reason I'm looking for someone who wants to take my contract till 27.06. over (of course you can stay longer if you want).

What you can expect from this lovely classic studio:

- All utilities / internet included
- Everything is furnished (3/4 bed, desk, drawers, shelves)
- A fantastic kitchen (2 electric stove tops, sink, microwave oven, fridge & refrigerator.)
- Your private En-suite bathroom (nice, newly renovated and very easy to clean)
- Free access to the on-site gym, lounge etc.
- AND a great location: Tesco & Waitrose are directly beside, only few minutes to the City University London (CUL), and very close to the Farringdon night scene
