Hi! We have a furnished double room with built in wardrobes. The flat has a good sized kitchen, toilet and sink on the ground floor and a bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower upstairs. The room is light and airy, with a large window letting in natural light. The kitchen has a washing machine and a gas hob. There is also an oven, fridge and microwave in the property.

The flat is an easy walk to Old Street (about 6 mins) and is also close to Barbican station (about 15 mins). There are bus stops very close by that take you to Angel, Central London and North London. There are shops, restaurants and pubs all within a 5 minute walk.

The current tenants all study Musical Theatre at a drama school close by, and we are going into our second year. The flat is walking distance to a lot of universities and schools like Italia Conti, Urdang and Guildhall.
