En-suite on 23rd floor, with sauna, pool, gym

Hi! Since my current flatmate is moving to the US, I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my 2-bedroom high rise apartment.

The apartment is located on the 23rd floor of Carrara Tower, 250 City Road. It has two bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, a large common living room, a large open kitchen (including oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, wine fridge), and incredible views. It is fully furnished, including a massive couch and home cinema projector.

The building comes with many amenities: a gym, yoga studio, spa with sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi (opened this week), residents lounge, concierge, parcel room.

It is located between Angel and Old Street (~10 minutes by foot to both), right next to the City Road Basin.

About myself: I‘m a 26 year old software engineer. I like road biking, tennis, (natural) wine and (speciality) coffee. I‘m originally from Stuttgart (Germany), studied in Munich (TUM), and my girlfriend lives in Berlin, so I’m in Berlin 1-2 weeks per month. I like cooking dinner as a flatmate activity, and like to explore London on the weekend, but also sometimes just want to unwind by myself after a long day of work.
