Looking for someone to take over our lease from mid October as we are leaving the country.
2x bedrooms (both sized for couples) apartment located 10 minutes from Angel in Islington and 15 minutes from Shoreditch. Closest stations are Angel and Old St (both approx 10 minute walk). Lovely central location with bus routes also.

Two bathrooms - one is ensuite. Lease runs until August 2025 with potential to renew.
Rent is £3,200 for the whole place. We’ve had 2x couples living there with no issues and large living spaces so never feel on top of each other. Kitchen has dishwasher. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and good storage in the entrance hall. Fully furnished including kitchen things/appliances and all living room furniture.
Apartment block has concierge, gym access. Handy man to do repairs on the house. Located on level 4, no issues with security.
No bidding wars with letting agents - if you have a job and earn sufficiently with good references there will be no issues with you taking the lease.
