Decent size room available in a centrally located flat in EC1, just a 5-minute walk from the Barbican and Whitecross Street Market (great food options on weekdays). Old Street and Farringdon station are 5–10 minutes away, with Aldi, M&S, Argos, and Co-op nearby. Loads of cafés, lunch spots, pubs and restaurants in the area. Great bus links to central London and East (Dalston, Hackney etc.).

The flat is on the ground floor of a council building (not the prettiest, admittedly). Shared living room, garden, modern/well-equipped kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet, and plenty of storage throughout the flat.
