Looking for a responsible and easy-going person to take over my ensuite student room for a limited period this summer. The room is available **from 18th July until 6th September 2025**.

📍 Located just 5 minutes' walk from the Barbican Centre – super central with great transport links (Zone 1).

The room comes fully furnished with:
- Private bathroom (shower + toilet)
- Bed, desk, wardrobe and storage
- High-speed internet & all bills included

The building is quiet and secure, with mostly students and young professionals around. Ideal for **interns, summer school students, or people temporarily working in London**.

Please note:
- Kitchen access is not included (this setup works well for people who mostly eat out or don’t need to cook).
- Looking for someone reliable and respectful, who understands the nature of the arrangement.
- No parties, pets or smoking.
