I’m travelling back home for a while and looking to sublet my lovely room from 20 July to 13 September.

1 big almirah (wardrobe)

The room stays naturally ventilated, and we also have centralised community heating

Shared with 2 friendly flatmates

A student from Chile and a working professional from India

Both are kind, social, and respect personal space

Shared kitchen and bathroom

Fully equipped with washer, dryer, oven, microwave, and hoover

Building is peaceful, has lift access, and a nice community feel

💰 Rent for the entire stay: £2160 (bills included)- paid in advance and maybe refrence check required

Walking distance from old street, liverpool barbican, angel and farrington tube stations
Multiple bus stops within 5-10 mins of walking.
Multiple grocery store within 5-10 mins of walk including Tesco, co-op, Aldi, Sainsbury's
5 min walk from city university
And 20 min from bayes business school and university of law, Moorgate
