Description:

The room is situated separately from the rest of the flat on the upper floor. It is ideal for working from home if required, with super-fast Wi-Fi. The bathroom has been recently renovated, and a new kitchen was installed in August 2020. A cleaner will call at the flat every fortnight to ensure all communal areas are kept clean. This is included in the rental price.

Location:
The property itself is in Dover Court, which is part of the 201 St John Street residential complex. Waitrose and Tesco Express supermarkets are situated just opposite the flat. The flat is also situated within very close walking distance to Barbican & Farringdon underground stations (District and Circle lines).
