Eagle Point, Old Street 1 Room to Rent

I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me in a great flat at Eagle Point, right by Old Street.

A bit about me: I'm 22, make music, and enjoy a good balance of working on creative projects and getting out to socialise. I like going for drinks, nights out, gigs, and generally making the most of living in London, so it'd be great to find someone who's up for hanging out from time to time rather than just sharing a space.

The flat is in an amazing location with excellent transport links, loads of bars, restaurants, cafés, and gyms all within walking distance. The room is spacious, and the building has great amenities like a sauna, steam room, pool and gym making it a fantastic place to live.

I'm looking for someone who's friendly, easy-going, tidy, and respectful. Whether you're working or studying, if you're sociable, enjoy a good atmosphere at home, and are keen to make the flat feel welcoming, I think we'd get on well.
