Double room for a female in EC1

Hi there, we are looking for someone to take over the lease for a double bedroom in a shared house of 4. The room is available from now.

The area

We live in Clerkenwell, conveniently located 8 minutes walk from both Old Street Station and Barbican Station, 15 minutes from Farringdon and Liverpool Street Station and just about 20 minutes to Angel Station – plenty of options for transport, whisking you across the city or to the airports conveniently.

The area is filled with cute shops, restaurants and cafes, and within walking distance of several nice markets including Exmouth Market and White Cross Market. Regents Canal is 10 minutes and the river is about 20 minutes. The Barbican Centre is located around the corner.

Who we are

We are 3 females, looking for a fourth female to take over one small double room. We are looking for a professional in their late 20’s to mid 30’s who is friendly and respectful. While we like to catch up at the end of a busy day, for us the house is also somewhere to unwind and have some alone time, catch up on the latest Netflix binge or read a book etc.

The House / Room

We live in an end terrace unit which has four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (one toilet will be used mainly by you), separate living room and kitchen as well as an outdoor space.

Since it is a house, it never feels like a 4 people share, which is also an added benefit.

The bedroom is £836 (that's including council tax). Other bills are split evenly between the house and each of us have a different utility in our name. A cleaner comes every two weeks, but we also always clean after ourselves to make sure that the house is clean. Total bills add up to 100-120 a month, depending on the season.

The room is available from now.
