A fantastic two bedroom flat in this great central location, just between Old Street and Angel with a 5 minute walk to both Old Street and Barbican Tube stations.

It's very quiet here despite this there are great amenities (shops/ takeaways/ restaurants / dry cleaners)a short walk away including a Tesco metro very close by. There are 4 gyms close by, some of which with swimming pool.

The flat is very spacious and the living room has 2 sofas, 50" LCD TV. There is a dining table and chairs and the balcony leads off the room, and is great in the summer.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with great electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, dryer and fridge freezer.

The tiled bathroom has an amazing shower over the bath - water comes direct from the combi boiler, so you never run out of hot water. There is a separate toilet with a hand basin.

The Bedroom itself has a built in wardrobe and comes fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, working desk with chair and shelf unit. It is a nice bright room and has blinds and curtains at the window.

It's a homely flat and I hope to find someone who wants to find a home as much as a room.
