Bright, modern flat just off Old Street roundabout

My current flat mate is leaving London at the end of March, so I have a spare double bedroom with an en-suite in this stunning flat (with a south-facing balcony) in the Lexington building from April.

£1400 pcm covers rent and *all* bills including council tax, utilities, cleaner (twice a month), Internet, TV etc.

The building is quite new and well maintained. There is a small gym, common garden and 24-hour concierge. There is cafe in the building and numerous restaurants, grocery shops and pubs nearby, plus all the Old street's nightlife venues. Shoreditch, Clerkenwell and Angel are about 15 minutes away and the City is less than a 10-minute walk south.

I work in the City for one financial services firms and I've been living here for the last 3.5 years. I'm sociable and love a good glass of wine, but between work and my hobbies I am also often not around.
