Central room for professional with nice housemates

Have a room free in a central London at a reasonable rate. This is a four-bedroom house with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living area.

The house is located on a fun and lively street with nice restaurants and bars, a Waitrose supermarket over the road, a street food market on weekdays and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Despite this (and its central location) it's surprisingly quiet. We're 5 minutes walk from Barbican tube, and 10 minutes from Old Street and Moorgate.

Current tenants are very friendly and relaxed. The room is suitable for a working professional and while they aren't enormous you'd be hard-pressed to find a better price for this location.

I have lived here for many years and I love the place.

Due to COVID-19 preliminary viewings will be by videoconferencing, though obviously anyone who fits the bill will be able to see the house in person before moving in.
