Modern bathroom has a shower/bath and there is a generous separate kitchen/lounge with an adult size pull-down/fold away/Murphy bed available in the living room.

The property comes fully equipped - kitchen utensils etc. Appliances include an induction hob, combi-oven and additional microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, TV, washer/dryer and there are 2 hall ceiling high storage cupboards with shelves where the washer/dryer and iron/ironing board is kept. Internet provided. There is a bike storage facility.

Barbican arts centre plus 3 cinemas effectively next door and the Barbican urban gardens/space are open to all. A reservation/security deposit required for short term rentals. Price will be an "all bills included" as a short term stay. Price could vary subject to dates, but assume £2000 a week.
