I'm subletting my room in a 2 bed/2 bath flat near Shoreditch/Clerkenwell/Islington, just a 3 min walk from Old Street station. The room is flexibly available starting April 26 until May 31. It's fully furnished with its own ensuite bathroom, at a rate of 300/week (all bills included). Would consider a discount for people letting for a month or more.

The building is an old converted schoolhouse, very conveniently located next to a daily food market off Old Street and right next door to a Waitrose.

You'll be living with my flatmate, an architect who works from home half of the week, and two adorable ragdoll cats.
