My roommate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take over her room/lease for a year.
The flat is located 2mns away from Old Street Tube stop
This is a 2 floor, 2 bedroom flat, 2 balconies flat with a big kitchen/ living room.
The two bedrooms are on spectate floors so there is tons of privacy!

There’s a M&S, Aldi, Coop, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Waitrose all within a 7mns walk
To tell you a bit about myself, I’ve been living in london for two years and work a 9-5 job in central london. I’m quite social and am out most weekends.
I’m looking for someone who is tidy and respectful but who would also be down to hang out/is social.
