Available 1st August - perfect for an MA/PHD student :). Many major Universities walkable :)

The room is currently being used as a writing room/office: all peronal effects will be cleared out before the move-in date. Also, the occupant can decide on a very good quality double sofa bed, or, I will provide a bed as desired. The trunk, desk, chest of drawers and clothes rail will all be availble in the room.

Location: Old Street, Barbican and Liverpool Street Stations are all within 5-10 minutes walking distance as are many major bus routes. The Barbican is at the end of the road and Shoreditch is a stone's throw away. There's a Waitrose next door and a great fish and chip shop on Whitecross street (or several sushi shops if you prefer). In addition, outside the home is the location of the oldest weekday (cooked) food market in London. You would be near the City of London and the Thames. The whole area is beautifully quiet at weekends.

This room is right next to my room and the kitchen, which is large and open plan. There is a lot of light in the flat.

This is an LGBT friendly household. :)

I am a friendly person, but also like my privacy. I have no pets or smoking in the house and I am vegetarian. The room would suit an MA or PHD student. All London universities are walkable. SOAS, UCL, Birkbeck. Others a short bus ride or cycle away.

I am a teacher and work from home a lot. The other flatmate is a young professional woman/student.
