Lovely balcony — perfect for a coffee or glass of wine

Spacious living area and kitchen

Amazing central location with great transport links, shops, cafés, and gyms nearby

Listed at £1788 PCM per person + bills (currently negotiating this down)

I’m 31, sociable, and would love a flatmate I could be friends with — someone happy to share the occasional meal or kitchen dance 💃🍝

I’m often away for work half the week, so you'll have the flat to yourself some evenings

I love hosting relaxed dinners and having friends over for quiet drinks now and then — hoping you’d be cool with that!

I’m also a light sleeper, so someone mindful of noise in the early mornings would be ideal

Otherwise, I’m super easygoing and respectful of personal space
