Hello! Up for lease is my one bedroom flat situated on 191 Whitecross St, EC1Y 8QP. This flat is the 1st floor flat - there is only one neighbor above and a nail salon below. This flat is managed and owned by Loftons Property Services and lived in by me- I am leaving early due to a change of location of my school program requiring me to move out of London and as such an looking for a new tenant. The lease is available December 17 2025 - October 19th 2026, but can be extended indefinitely.

The flat is fully furnished and stocked and ready to move in. It is a completely private, proper one bedroom flat with a full bathroom, shower, and towel heating rack. The doors between the living area, bedroom, and bathroom all close independently. It features a large, private outdoor patio with tables, chairs, and a charcoal grill.
The flat also comes with:
- A queen sized bed with sheets, pillow cases and a duvet cover
- A couch that converts to a pullout bed
- Two large clothing closets with full sets of clothes hangers
- Four gas burners and a large oven
- A hotpoint washer (1400 rpm spin cycle)
- A microwave, toaster, and hot water kettle
- A refrigerator and freezer

- Heating via two large radiators, as well as two portable heating fans

The flat was just professionally cleaned in the second week of November and will be cleaned again prior to move in. A new toilet seat was also installed during the prior cleaning as well and the toilet was cleaned thoroughly and will be again prior to move in.

The flat is available from December 18th to October 19th 2026, and can be extended or continued as a month to month contract beyond that. If you need a shorter lease, you will simply be responsible for finding the next tenant who replaces you (as I am doing!) The landlord is very responsive and flexible when it comes to move in dates and maintenance.
