Im a 30 year old woman living in a one bedroom flat. I have a cosy living room with a sofa bed available for Monday to Friday let. The lodger would have sole use of the room monday to friday and I would respect your privacy. I would put a luxury mattress topper on it and buy new linens if required. I have an indoor cat but can stop her from using the room also.
Im looking for a woman to occupy the room during the week.
Ill be out most of the week, I get home at around 7.30/8pm.
Im looking for someone clean and kind and respectful as I like to go to bed at around 10pm during the week, but happy for you to come and go as you please.
Ive attached the room as it currently is but would move out any belongings my guest wouldn't want in there! There are clothes rails for clothes that I fitted for a former tenant.
Also open potentially to someone living there full time if the right person, potentially with just slightly higher rent.
