Room in Shoreditch - Doesn't Get More Central!

🏠 ABOUT THE FLAT

It is a very nice flat with a bright communal area including the kitchen and the living room. Three bedrooms and a recently renovated shower.

📍 LOCATION

In the middle of Shoreditch, surrounded by many bars, restaurants and shops. It is an area full of life! (Usually, but even now it’s great!)

🚇 TRANSPORTATIONS

5 minutes walking from Old street station and Shoreditch high street station, 15 minutes from Liverpool Street station. There are also many buses down the street going straight to the center of London.

You will be living with :
🎶 Felipe, 26 yo who is a sound engineer and musician
🍸 Camille, 23 yo who is a Bartender

We’re looking for someone who’s sociable, friendly and likes to hang out. We like to keep things tidy and clean. We like to have our privacy but also spend time together. We have a nice alcohol collection that we’re more than happy to share 😉â%9D£️

About the flat:

Bills Excluded. Which come to about £80-£90 per person and this includes broadband, electricity, water, gas, council tax, etc.

The room is a very decent size(3.60x2.40m approx) and usually comes unfurnished, but our current flatmate is willing to sell the stuff in it at a reasonable price if you’d like!


The rent was reduced at the start of our current contract, which is coming to an end on the 4th April 2021. The property manager has decided to keep the reduced prices.

The pictures are about 6 months old (except room pics, those are up-to-date, but everything is almost the same. Will post updated living room photos in the following days.
