The spacious flat is just off Great Eastern Street, walking distance from Shoreditch High street, Old street and Liverpool street stations. Great bars, cafes and restaurants nearby, Victoria park and the canal is also a 20 minute walk away. Loft style flat (think New girl vibes) complete with exposed brick, large shared living area, 3 double bedrooms (all en-suite), an extra communal toilet, chefs kitchen with plenty of storage options, and a rooftop garden (currently closed as renovations are taking place but will be open again in 2024). Sadly one of our flatmates is moving out as he’s just bought a property in Clapham (why he wants to live there no one knows). Unfurnished en-suite bedroom available from the end of Jan, it’s the biggest bedroom in the flat and has a little Juliet balcony. Flatmate is also happy to sell furniture that’s currently in the bedroom. Ideally looking for someone that’s pretty sociable and laid back, enjoys doing their own thing but also happy to occasionally hang out as a flat whether that’s going out or having a flat dinner every once in a while.
