Sadly I am relocating for work so must give up the best flat in East London!!

Built in wardrobes and extra storage.

Sole use of family bathroom including shower and bath (existing flatmates have their own ensuite).

The Location:

5mins walk to Old Street/ 5mins walk to Shoreditch High St. station & Brick Lane / 20mins walk to Liverpool St / 25mins to Bank / 10mins walk to Columbia Road.
Off the busyness of main streets, but super close to all the amazing spots East London has to offer.

The Flat/Existing Flatmates:

Sharing flat with one Couple in early 30s, working professionals. Super easy going, up for shared dinners, board games or a few pints at the pub, but also full time working professionals with active lifestyles.

The flat is split level, with couple upstairs occupying own bedroom with ensuite and attached lounge. Shared kitchen and second lounge area on main level.

You would have sole occupancy of the family bathroom (but sharing with guests or visitors on the odd occasion).

About you???

The house has an amazing vibe, and everyone is respectful of each others space. We are all full time working so like to keep the house a peaceful place during the weekdays, but certainly enjoy having people round for dinner parties or a games night when suits.

Looking for an easy going working professional (ideally you are working in office a minimum of 3-4 days per week) who has an active lifestyle, and knows how to keep a shared space clean and tidy.

Ideal move date: 25 July onwards (but have some flexibility).
