We have a massive double bedroom in a quiet street between the vibrant Shoreditch High Street and Curtain Road, in the heart of Shoreditch. The flat is a 10 minutes walk from the City.
Our flatmate is moving out due to job changes. The room will be available around beginning of August, but the exact date is flexible.
We are looking for someone who would stay on the tenancy at least until the contract end at 29 September 2024, with the option to renew and stay on for another year.
About the flat:
Common areas include a large, modern kitchen (can easily accommodate a party of 8+ for dining), and the large bathroom with bathtub.
Kitchen is fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, fan oven and gas stove + small appliances.
The room layout is slightly different than the picture but you're welcome to see it!
We have a cleaner to clean the flat once or twice a month.
Water bills are included in the rent.
Council tax, internet, gas and electricity bills are around £90-150 per month.
Great transport connections:
3 minutes walk from Shoreditch High Street Station (Overground), 10 minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station (Elizabeth, Central, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, Circle, Overground, TfL Rail), and less than 10 minutes walk from Old Street Station (Northern Line, National Rail).
Current flatmates:
Two sociable, chilled and neat young professionals working in the law and finance sectors.
We're busy during the week and usually have things going on during the weekends, but are friendly and always up for a chat!
We're looking for:
- Someone clean, neat and tidy who wants to make this their home instead of simply treating this as a place to stay.
- A female professional (although we're flexible) in their mid-20s to 30s, who doesn't work from home all the time
- Non-smokers preferred.
- No couples please. If you expect to have your significant other around very often, this may not be the flat for you!
Unfortunately no pets allowed by the agency.
The agent will run referencing checks on your proof of income before you will be able to sign on.
