I’m going away for two months and am subletting my room that I have doubled as a studio. It’s a 23m2 room with an ensuite a lovely kitchen and a big living room. The flat has a massive balcony . You’d be living with my best friend who’s a fashion designer. The room is on its own floor so there is a lot of privacy. I will be moving most of my stuff out so you will have loads of storage and closet space. I’m looking for somebody who’s reliable and easy to live with. The flat has central heating and council tax is included. I know this room isn’t for everyone but if you’re looking for a space where you can work and be warm as well as sleep this is perfect for you.
