Large room in Shoreditch/old street

I’m going away for two months and am subletting my room. It’s a 23m2 room with ensuite a lovely kitchen and a big living room. You’d be living with my best friend who’s a fashion designer. The room is on its own floor so there is a lot of privacy. There’s also a lot of storage space in the room. Looking for somebody who’s reliable and easy to live with. The flat has central heating and council tax is included. I’m currently using half of it as a studio so if you work from home this place is ideal.
