Double Room in Shoreditch

I plan to return to my home country early, so I’m looking for someone to take over my lease from 1/16 to 3/15, and you can renew the lease with the landlord after the rental period ends.

Location: Shoreditch / Old Street (Zone 1)
Room Type: A small but lovely double room in a 2B1B apartment
Lease Start Date: 1/16/2025
Lease End Date: 3/15/2025 (Option to renew with the landlord afterwards)
Rent: £925/month, for two months.

The bills for these two months have already been paid, so no additional bills are required during this period. If you choose to renew the lease after 3/15, you’ll need to cover utilities, internet, and Council Tax.

Transport:

Old Street Station (Northern Line) – 3 min walk
Liverpool Street Station (multiple lines) – 15 min walk
Shoreditch High Street Station (Overground) – 10 min walk
Multiple bus routes, including 24-hour buses nearby.

You’ll share the flat with an easygoing Taiwanese male roommate who works as a data scientist, who usually works from home on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
