Cozy and Bright Double in the Heart of Shoreditch

We're Eden (29, digital consultant) and Jule (27, film licensing), and we're looking for a fantastic new flatmate to join our chill but fun home in the heart of Shoreditch. We're both super easy-going and love a good laugh. We enjoy our chill time, but we're also keen to find someone who'd be up for exploring the city, trying new spots, and just generally having a good time with us on weekends!"
About the room: It comes unfurnished, but features freshly painted walls, hardwood floors, bright windows with blackout roller blinds, and a neat little cubby perfect for creating your own closet.
About the flat: Our kitchen is fully equipped with a combined washer/dryer, a brand-new dishwasher (yay), fridge, oven, and hob. The living room is currently unfurnished (long story), but we're in the process of refurnishing it. We'll split the costs evenly, unless you have some furniture you'd like to bring along – send us pics!
The Area: You can't beat our location right in the heart of Shoreditch. We're super close to amenities: Aldi and Lidl are about an 8-minute walk, and there's a Tesco Express and Sainsbury's Local just 250m away. Plus, for our Vinted fans, there's a Budgens with an InPost counter just 200m away, and the Hoxton post office is a short 600m stroll. The Lawson Practice GP is also only a 10-minute walk.
A heads up: Being in Shoreditch, it can get a bit noisy, especially on weekends, as our windows are single-paned. If you're very sensitive to noise, this might not be the quietest sanctuary, but if you’re already a hardened city dweller or think you can adjust (we both did), you'll fit right in!
Bills: Expect bills (council tax, electric/gas, water, and internet) to be around £130 per month. We're flexible on cleaning routines and happy to figure out a rota that works for everyone.
