Short-let double room in Shoreditch/old street

Hello! I’m a 30-year-old working professional, and I’ll be away on holiday for 5–6 weeks, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room during that time (20 Nov - 30 Dec)

📍 Location: The flat is very central, close to Old Street Station, Shoreditch High Street Station, Liverpool st station and Moorgate station. Vicinity has lots of options for supermarkets (tesco, sainsbury) and lots of nice restaurants/cafes/wine bars to visit.

🛏 The Room: Around 15m², south-facing with plenty of natural light. Extra-large built-in wardrobes. For single occupancy only (videos available on request)

🏠 The Flat: Recently refurbished to a high standard for comfortable living. You will get your own bedroom and own bathroom. Living room and kitchen will be shared but rarely used.

💷 Rent & Bills: £300 pcw (all-inclusive).

👤 Flatmate: You’ll be sharing with a professional in his early 30s, in the tech space. He values a peaceful home environment, so someone who keeps things low-noise in the evenings would be ideal.
